1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Bettx ("we", "us") and users of its platform ("you", "user"). By accessing the bettx.net website and its mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

4 Betting Rules & Odds Policy

In live betting, odds change rapidly during a match. If the odds shift just before your bet is confirmed, you may be given the option to accept or decline the updated odds. If a network issue causes a delay in placing your bet, the odds at the time of placement will apply.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bettx runs bonus and promotional offers for users from time to time. Each offer comes with its own specific terms. The general rules are outlined below:

• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires completing a wagering requirement of 5x to 20x
• Each promotion can only be used once per identity, not repeatedly
• Bonuses not used before their expiry date will be automatically cancelled

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bettx. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and any remaining balance may be forfeited:

• Operating an account using someone else's identity
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Attempting to access or hack the platform's systems
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or opening an account for them

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Bettx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms
• Registering with false or misleading information
• If unusual betting patterns or suspected fraud are identified
• Under the direction of law enforcement authorities

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any active balance will be returned; however, bonus funds are non-refundable.

8 Responsible Betting Policy
